How fast can I get an estimate?
Most estimates are delivered within about 48 hours of a confirmed scope. Larger or multi-trade projects may take a little longer, we'll give you a firm date up front, usually the same day you send plans.
What software do you use?
We work primarily in PlanSwift and Bluebeam for takeoffs, and deliver pricing in Excel or PDF. We can also match your in-house templates and cost codes.
How are your estimates organized?
By location, cost code, and CSI MasterFormat division, prepared in line with ASPE and AACE guidance so they're clear, consistent, and easy to defend.
What trades do you cover?
More than 20 specialties across general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, from concrete and drywall to electrical, plumbing, steel, and rebar. If you don't see your trade listed, just ask.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on project size, trade, and turnaround. Send us your plans and we'll quote the estimating work before you commit, no obligation.
Do you offer design and engineering too?
Yes. Beyond estimating and takeoffs, we provide design-build, structural and MEP drawings (with Title 24), architectural drawings, 3D rendering, and preconstruction services.
